Phillip Shakoush
Managing Director and Licensed Carpenter
At the heart of E2V Carpentry is our director; a hands-on tradesman with a deep love for the craft and a reputation for delivering work that speaks for itself. With over a decade of industry experience, his passion lies in the detail.
What started as a solo journey on the tools has grown into a full-service carpentry business trusted across Sydney.
Phillip leads E2V Carpentry with more than a decade of hands-on trade and construction experience. With a strong background in timber framing, structural carpentry, new residential construction, renovations and detailed finishing, he oversees workmanship, site performance and project delivery.
Michael Nehme
Head of Client Relations and Project Delivery | Licensed Carpenter
Michael leads client communication and supports project planning, coordination and delivery. As a licensed carpenter, he combines practical trade knowledge with a strong understanding of site requirements, providing clients, builders and stakeholders with informed and responsive project support.
Harmony Trimboli
Business Manager
Harmony oversees the operational and people functions of E2V Carpentry, including payroll, human resources, recruitment, employee onboarding, workforce coordination and company documentation. Holding a degree in Business Management and bringing more than nine years of experience across recruitment, workforce management, business development and government environments, she provides structured support across the business.
